- We cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse (e.g., you ordered the wrong size, wrong color, or changed your mind).
- We strongly urge you to check the Size Guide available on every product page before finalizing your purchase.
What If There Is an Issue?
Quality is our highest priority. If you receive an item that has a manufacturing defect, an issue with the embroidery, or was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.
- Email us at support@stitchedapex.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Please include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
- We will review the case and arrange for a replacement or refund if applicable.
