Shipping & Delivery
At Stitched Apex, all our products are embroidered and finished in Romania (European Union). We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
1. Production & Processing Time
Please note that we operate on a Print-on-Demand basis to ensure sustainability and minimize waste. This means we embroider your product specifically for you after the order is placed.

- Production Time: 2 - 5 business days.
- Note: During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), production time may increase slightly.
2. Shipping Estimates
Once your order has been embroidered and packed, it is handed over to our courier partners. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Destinations & Estimated Transit Times:

- Romania: 1 - 2 business days (via Fan Courier).
- European Union (EU): 5 - 7 business days (via FedEx).
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. While we aim to deliver within these windows, strictly adhering to EU consumer laws, the maximum delivery period is 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination country.

- Free Shipping: We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over €70.
4. Customs Duties & Taxes

- European Union: Good news! Since we ship from Romania, there are NO customs duties or additional import taxes for customers within the EU. The price you see at checkout is the final price.
- International (Non-EU): For orders shipped outside the European Union (e.g., UK, USA, Switzerland), your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Stitched Apex is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update with the package location.
6. Delivery Issues & Unclaimed Packages

- Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
- Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
- Lost in Transit: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement for you.
7. Force Majeure
Stitched Apex is not liable for delays in delivery caused by events beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters, or severe weather conditions.
